Using a voltage tester see if you have voltage going to the small S terminal on the starter solenoid when trying to crank over. If your battery is fully charged and all of your cables and connections are good with a good battery but the starter won't crank over with power at the small S terminal, it points towards a faulty starter solenoid in starter assembly. If you have no power at that terminal then it is either in ignition switch problem or a safety switch problem. Check the wiring and connector pins as well as power in and out of the ignition switch in each position. If everything electrical checked out good, check for a potential mechanical failure that may have occurred causing the engine to bind up or if the hydraulic system had a failure that could cause the engine to bind up resulting from a load on the hydraulic system. It's a pleasure to help anyway I can.
The small wire that is from the ignition switch. That's the signal wire from the ignition switch.
Pleasure to help. That should have 12 volts when trying to crank the engine over.
I would try a wiggle test on your wiring harness to see if you find any poor connections in the wiring but also do a visual inspection of all your wiring and connector pins for any corrosion or damaged. Do a complete fuse and relay check, also check all your safety interlock switches such as your seat switch, lap bar/seat belt, and/or switch if equipped with an enclosed cab.
Thank you for the update and I'm glad to hear that you got this resolved. That's great news!
