The first thing you want to check on this to help determine whether this problem is electrical or on the hydraulic side of the circuit is to verify battery voltage and your grounds at the solenoids. With a voltage tester test for voltage at the solenoids on the control valve when these functions are actuated. Sometimes help from a helper to work the switches in the cab is helpful while a second person is doing the testing. If you have good voltage and ground, the wiring harness and connector pins test good continuity and are free from damage or corrosion, then this is an indication that you either have a faulty solenoid itself or the problem is on the hydraulic side of the circuit. You can compare part numbers of the solenoids using either your parts book if you have one or using the case online parts book. Solenoids from other circuits with the same part number can be swapped for testing purposes to verify if a working solenoid from another function corrects the problem. If so, you will want to replace the faulty solenoid. If the problem still remains, you will want to thoroughly inspect the control valve for any trash or debris causing it to malfunction. It is a pleasure to help anyway I can.
