Has to be a way of getting to the bolt head and the pin. I am just not sure what you are looking at. All I find for the boom and the bucket holder are the two pictures I have sent. You say it is not either?

The pin is tapered. Put bolt back into the pin, less the outside washer, and use the nut side to pull on the pin, It will pop out of the taper and will be free.
