can lower winch,turn and raise boom

theres a coil that unrolls as crane extends no lcd the problem I believe is the cable that goes to hook
now that is up I cant get down to fix.

Check the wiring going to the over ride it might have became disconnected if it is ok switch may be bad disconnect the wires and connect them together

as I said it goes up, turns, winch goes up

Under the controls there is a lockout solenoid that keeps the levers from going down power that solenoid with 12 volts and you should be able to work all the functions

Yes override should still lower hold override as you are working the function
