Customer: That is all I know is that it will not retract, has been used today and left one will work, took off panel and used left switch to use on right side but issue is not the switch

I believe the valve is located in the frame just in front of the transmission.
You could try swapping the coils to see if one is damaged. I usually find the wires are torn off and the coil must be replaced. I will look for the specific location and post back in a little bit.

I need to correct the location. The stabilizer valves are part of the main control valve. It is the two solenoid controlled at the front side of the valve.

Here are the switches too. Note the ground is controlled by the switch just like the power is controlled.
