Hi Lou, My name is***** the lines have no leaks or restrictions then crack loose the line at the filter housing or bleeder screw while priming with the pump until all fuel and no air comes from the loosened line or bleeder screw. Then tighten and crack loose the injection lines to the injectors while cranking over until you get good fuel delivery and tighten the lines and the engine should start unless there is an injection pump problem, fuel supply or fuel shutoff issue.
