My 1998 gradall 534d9-45 .. Is super slow .. Hydraulics work great it's just slow moving .. Was on a job main Hyd. Hose to valve body rusted n broke fluid poured out when hose was replaced it was cold out n machine wouldn't move for an hr when it finally did was slow as syrup .. Any thoughts ?

Have you checked the brake pedal/ inching pedal? make sure the switch is not stuck behind the brake pedal if it is stuck try pulling it out and see how it drives
