Customer: the drive arms are not returning to neutral by themselves the way they should. they move freely when the machine is used just stay where ever you let them go. this seemed to happen after i replaced the starter motor so i had the cab up

everything seems to move fine. i can push the arm with the tip of my finger...which makes me think nothing is binding..
