Engine model no F2CE9684A-Exxx
Have service manual don't know what we missed
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
TDC 1 and 6. We found the series of holes on ring gear where notchs are supposed to be in this case hole2 (No notchs on ring gear) centered hole2 in sight manhole
Removed injecter in piston 1 (fan) and confirmed piston was at TDC (Rotated crank slightly both ways to confirm)
Then aligned cam according to. Service manual At gear end of cam 4 holes aligned straight up and down. Replaced cam gear replaced rocket arm assembly and confirmed TDC 1 and6 all valves were closed

Sounds like you have cam right, but the firing order is 1,5,3.6,2,4. Reset using that!
