You say bleeding is necessary? Should not need bleeding! That would seem to indicate that the pump is sucking air. A loss of suction to the pump, and you lose the function. Can be suction leak or a restricted line, letting pump cavitate.

I know. I need to know how to resolve the pump issue. We usually take the line that feeds the pump and put lots of hydo fluid in from there close it up and try again.
None of the lines are restricted because i can run it forevever with no issues once it primes either from us or itself. Is there a way to put a manual primer in a hydro line? That way we couldn't introduce air into the system.

If that is required, you have a suction leak or the pump is bad, and can't develop the suction required.
