Customer Question

we have a kmk 5090 1991 having some boom telescopic issues. Whenever we try to scope out section one , section two comes out. Can you recommend a tele cylinder repair co. or a place that would carry boom tele seals?

Hi, my name is ***** ***** you for your question.
It is most likely not a cylinder issue,, but section one is binding.
The cylinder section one has more surface area than two so it should go out first,, unless something else is holding section one,,bent stops,,bad guides,,something is keeping it in and allowing section two to go first.
I have even seen a block of wood stuffed in between holding it from moving freely.
I would get to a safe place to extend all sections and inspect everything closely.
I will be in/out most of the day will respond when I can if you need.
