Check the fuel return , starting at the fitting in the injection pump, it can be a check valve, and be sure you have an open return line. If return is restricted, it can shut the pump down completely, if restricted, can affect idle.
Customer:
its fine at idle it only starts to sputter when you give it throttle. so after 10 seconds or less at full throttle it starts to sputter and wants to die. once i let off the gas and it goes back to idle it levels out again with no more sputtering.

Yes, that can be because of restricted return. A quick check, remove the return line at the injection pump and see if it runs. Also check the voltage at the fuel shutoff solenoid. If voltage drops , the solenoid will try to shutoff.

It Died when I took the return line loose and voltage is fine so?

Did you check the fitting at the injection pump? Seems odd it would have died when return was removed.??

Did you blow through the return to be sure it is open to the tank?

The return line is clear and the fitting isn't leaking

I would want to remove the fuel solenoid, remove the inner seat and spring, and re-install, to see if engine runs. But you will need to shut fuel off to kill engine.

It wawas blown fuse under the seat burned wire and relay THanks anyway
