Hi my name isXXXXX will try to help. Is this happening one one track? If so then drain the final drive gearbox and look for metal chunks in the gearbox. If ok refill and check for excessive case drain pressure by removing the access cover on the inside of the track frame, disconnect the case drain line and cap it with a hydraulic cap. Run a hose from the case drain on the travel motor into a bucket, pin the track at the sprocket with a large steel pin so the track will not move. Engage that travel function and you should only see low volume oil at very minimal quantity. If it shoots out under high pressure, your travel motor is bad. Reply back with the results and if you need further help

Customer: Both tracks are locked up. It want move in eather direction. But the boom and buck works fine. We removed one axel it asks like its putting pressure in both directions at once.

Ok I just saw your reply, You say the rotary manifold is ok? If so then check your pressures coming from the control valve for both directions, check your pilot pressure in the circuit as well to see if your pilot circuit for that function is working
properly. Make sure your spools are moving freely in the main control valve. It is uncommon to loose drive on both tracks at the same time while having full power of other functions. Keep in mind that if travel is affected on both sides 9 outta ten it is in the rotary manifold. Also check the brake signal pressure( small line) going into your final drive to be sure the brake is releasing when the travel is engaged. Check the brake piston seals for, bypassing by teeing in a porta power to manually release the brake. By disconnecting the case drain and plugging the line, installing a hose from the drive motor fitting and running into a bucket you can check the case drain for excessive pressure. With the track pinned you can engage travel and you should only get low volume oil. If high pressure oil shoots out the drive motor is bad.
