What pin do you have out? The extension cylinder pin at the top? All other pins should be able to be aligned by moving the cylinders in or out until alignment is made.??

If it is the extension cylinder, the cylinder body has to be pushed back into the boom, best done by stretching the boom out flat , so the cylinder can be pushed up into the tube, to align the pin.

The cylinder is enclosed with steel and I am supposing the cylinder turned a little , so I cant align it properly to fit the pin in. There is no way to reach in and align the cylinder with the pin.

So it is the extend cylinder for the extend a hoe. You will need to remove the lower pin, pull the cylinder out enough to get to the barrel, then you can rotate the barrel to align the hole. You have to twist the barrel and only access is through the bottom of the tube.,

koboma : I'm confused. If it is the bucket in, why not just extend the cylinder rod and turn it to line it up. I have the whole procedure to remove the cylinder and re_install it.??
