I lost previous helper as he wanted picture of iPhone screen saying locked to owner. Won’t accept old or new passcodes

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your iPhone camera?

Not using phone camera as I am locked out. Used iPad camera which I seldom use but don’t know how to get photo to you.

Hello again friend,

I see that you have not responded to my request for the information that I asked for, earlier. Please, don't worry because I can still give you a general answer that should help.

You will first need to install iTunes on a Windows computer if it is not already installed. You may download it on this page: https://www.apple.com/itunes/

- If you are using a Mac computer, you can use the Finder application in place of the iTunes application.

Following the instructions below will allow you to factory reset the device and erase everything on it. If you have a backup of the device on a computer, you may restore it once it is reset. Also, if you have your pictures, contact list, and more in your iCloud, you may recover it once you sign back into the phone after the reset.

Once iTunes is installed, you may continue and follow the instructions below to fix your iPhone:

1) Open the recently installed iTunes application on the computer.

2) Connect the iPhone to the computer using a USB cable.

3) Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Then, press and hold the Side button until you see the recovery mode screen.

4) In the iTunes application, choose to "Restore" the iPhone. Doing so will erase everything on the iPhone. If you already have a saved backup of the iPhone in iTunes, you will be given the option to restore that backup.
