Usually, Facebook provides a couple of ways to retrieve your account. The first and the most likely successful way is for you to recover it yourself with a Facebook password ***** You can begin here to try and reset the password ***** Keep in mind you will need access to your backup phone or email account listed to do so.
Second, you can try submitting a form to Facebook for them to review your claim and unlock the account for you. It will take a week or two for them to respond. I have both links below to reset and submit the claim. I wish you luck with your recovery and hope you can access it soon.
