In your case, you can simply need to uninstall the application and reinstall it. Doing so will remove any faults.

Simply, press and hold your finger on the Pandora app icon for a few seconds, tap the small 'x' on the top of the app icon, choose to uninstall it, and reinstall it from within the App Store Application.

When that is complete, please verify that it works as it should.
