Yes, you can link your new phone number with your Facebook account but for that, you must log in to your Facebook account first then only you can update the new phone number.

The old phone number is ***** as it was used when the account was created.

In case you do not have the recovery phone number with you. Please try reaching out to your telecom service provider. They will be able to reissue you the same phone number, which can be used to reset your password.

Also, please try calling on your old phone number. In case it is with someone else now, you can request the current user to share the code with you.
