To stop pop-up notices from Avast One, you can try the following steps:

1. Open Avast One on your computer.
2. Click on the Menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner of the Avast One window.
3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.
4. Click on General in the left-hand menu.
5. Scroll down to the Notifications section.
6. Here you can disable various types of notifications. You can turn off notifications for Software updates, Security alerts, and other notifications that you do not want to receive.

If disabling notifications in Avast One's settings did not stop the pop-up notices from appearing, you can try the following:

1. Check if Avast One is running in the background. If it is, right-click on the Avast One icon in the system tray (bottom-right corner of the screen) and select Quit or Exit.

2. If you are still seeing pop-up notices, try disabling Avast One's pop-up notifications feature altogether. To do this, open Avast One and go to Settings > General > Notifications. Toggle off the "Use Pop-ups" option.

3. If the above steps do not work, you may need to uninstall Avast One from your computer. To do this, go to the Control Panel on your computer, select Programs and Features, and then select Avast One from the list of installed programs. Click on Uninstall to remove the software from your computer.

If you are unable to fix or uninstall Avast One, you can try the following steps:

1. Restart your computer and try to uninstall Avast One again.

2. Use the Avast Uninstall Utility to remove Avast One from your computer. You can download the utility from the Avast website.

3. If the Avast Uninstall Utility does not work, you can try booting your computer in Safe Mode and then uninstalling Avast One. To boot your computer in Safe Mode, restart your computer and press F8 repeatedly until the Advanced Boot Options menu appears. Use the arrow keys to select Safe Mode and press Enter. Once you are in Safe Mode, try to uninstall Avast One.
