I received an email stating to avoid charges on a trial of NORDVPN I needed to cancel by March 16. As most people would probably do, I replied to the email. Following are emails I have sent/received: March 14, "Mon, Mar 14 at 10:12 PMI had the trial version on my computer but the computer went bad. I now have another computer. I installed NORDVPN and signed in but it will not quick connect (New York). I get the error -4,-3." Again on March 14: "Mon, Mar 14 at 10:34 PMFirst, I did not want NORDPASS to start with.Second, When I sign in to NORDVPN I cannot quick connect with New York. I'm in Reading, PA.Third, I will be deleting all NORD from my computer and expect a full refund." In between I received this: "Nord Account To:***@******.***Mon, Mar 14 at 10:18 PMlogo You've canceled auto renewalYour account remains active, and you'll be able to renew the subscription manually. Please check the expiry date by logging into your account." I tried to cancel through NORD and was told they could not do anything because I went through a reseller.
