In order to help and understand the issue better, could you please brief me about the issue you are facing?

Here's the fix for your Maps issue:
- Download and unzip the combat map you want to use on your PC. A JPG or PNG file is used to create a combat map.
- Change the layer to Map & Background. Assets placed on this layer will be visible behind Roll20's grid overlay, which is ideal for a battle map.
- To import the battle map from your hard drive onto your current page and layer, drag it into the Roll20 browser window.
- An Uploading window will appear briefly, and the battle map will appear on the page, although at a scale that is likely incorrect; Set the map's dimensions by right-clicking the image and selecting Advanced > Set Dimensions from the pop-up menu.
- Instead of "Pixels," choose "Units" and enter the appropriate width and height.
- To confirm, click "Set."
- If you're not sure what a map's dimensions are, go back to step 2 in the Set up a new page section.
- Click and drag the resized map to fit it within the page's boundaries.
