I need to change...

I need to change my flight from Toronto to Colombia on January 12 but I cannot find my reservation number. I do have a new ticket #(###) ###-####84

Technician's Assistant: What specific product are you working with?

I was scheduled to fly AC from Toronto to Bogota but this pandemic and encouraged me to change the date. I plan to marry in Colombia but I must get there prior to March.

Technician's Assistant: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?

The computer asks for a 9-digit number that doesn't appear on the print-out that I have. I have an airline check-in reference QP53QZ(AC) and QP53QZ(AV) and I have a booking number

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

I have spent the morning attempting to make the change but only feel myself growing old. Does this booking number help: ZAUVFY?

Brian, hello. I'm flying with Air Canada. My present flight is on January 12, 2021 but I need to change it to February 21 from Toronto. It was booked through FlightHub. I contacted Air Canada and they confirmed that there is a flight on February 21 leaving in the afternoon and arriving in Bogota around 8:20 pm; the next flight to Pereira leaves early in the morning. The return flight would be April 5far so good.Frankly, I'm more concerned about the flight.If I don't have the reference # that they continually request then I'm barking up a tree.I have no 9-digit number that they indicate is necessary.

I think you will need to contact Air Canada so they can help you find your reservation number and change your flight.
