  • I updated/refreshed my laptop. Now I can't access Office
    I updated/refreshed my laptop. Now I can't access Office 2003 as that's what I use fir word docs & excel. Also my files I had saved have disappeared. When I try to access docs or excel it says "This action is only valid for products that are currently installed ". It used to be installed but apparently not now. Also I found some docs in the recycle bin & when I tried to open it said "Hiw do you want to open this file". I'm quite elderly & very confused. What can I do please...Robin

    Customer: No I only thought I was updating from the settings

    Customer: As I said before it's only valid for products that are currently installed

    Customer: It appears that docs & excel can't be opened
