Cursor on my Apple Magic Keyboard for my iPad Pro is lost. How do I recover it?

Two days ago I could no longer post photos to my Facebook timeline from my iPad. It still works just fine on my iPhone.
JA: How long has this been going on with your iPhone? What have you tried so far?
Customer: it’s only my iPad, phone works fine. Started on Monday. It starts to post to Facebook, then drops the photo. I’ve tried other photos, checked my WiFi connection, checked my privacy settings, made sure Facebook has access to all my photos. Turned Facebook off and back on. Turned my iPad off and back on. Nothing works.

Customer: just that everything worked fine until Monday.

I downloaded Webroot but I opened file and I lost it and I don't know how to enter keycode
JA: When could you last open your Webroot software?
Customer: I just now installed it
JA: Did you recently update your software or Operating System (OS)?
Customer: es I had to my address because I had to get a new debit card because got scamed
