Customer: windows 10 / wireless adaptor QCA9377 appears to be no longer working
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: About a week tried to get internet access through iPhone hot spot but no success there either PS iPhone and iPad both accessing modem wirelessly so it must be the adaptor on laptop.
JA: Anything else you want the Mac Expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: No I think I might have to flash the bios but I do not know what that means or how to do it

Customer: Windows 10 has updated

Customer: I UNPLUG FROM THE POWER SUPPLY SINCE I SEE IT SAY PLUGGED IN NOT CHARGING TURN THE CORD OVER AND REPLUG AND IT SAYS IT'S PLUGGED IN CHARGING. NEXT TIME IT IS BACK TO 34% PLUGGED IN NOT CHARGING.
