Hello I texted you guys asking repeatedly to fix my hacked snapchat account but you guys wont help me. I have photos on there from 7th grade year and i just graduated high school. I got a text message saying someone from Dallas, Texas on an iphone xs has hacked my account. I plead and plead but you guys won't help or respond to me. I told you guys I will respond to any personal questions you may ask. I also got a message from snapchat that my eyes only password ***** changed. I responded back with my passcode saying it wasn't me but no response. I am over this and probably about to lose all of my streaks since this has happened last night at 9:20 pm. This is getting ridiculous and I will not stop until we fix this matter. Who knows maybe the hacker has my personal information by now because you guys won't respond to me. It is not like I can just restart a whole new snapchat and lose all the memories I have in the old one. I already have bad anxiety and this adds to the top of it along with my stress levels. Is it really that hard to respond to this text and sort everything out? Also, when I try to change my password ***** says password ***** but there is a authentication code I need to put in, but you see I never made one so the hacker put one so I can never get into my account ever again. This sickens me to the point people are actually messed up in the world. This is an inconvenience for me and should be dealt with immediately. It could be a creepy old man stalking my pictures trying to sell them off to people. Every minute by minute we waste he could have even the more information, post something provocative on my snapchat, and most importantly stalking me and where I live. Why won't you guys help me? I told you guys several times I will answer any questions you guys can think of and bring me. I live in Panama City Beach Florida. I use and Iphone 11 pro max. I am 18 years old.
