It appears you may be having multiple issues with your printer. I have provided some advice below:
1) Unplug the printer for 5 minutes and plug it back in and see if error messages clear
2) Replace ink cartridge with genuine cartridge
3) Check to ensure all cables are connected

5) Check the HP Help site and see if they can give you any advice for the issue
