The printer could not be responding for several reasons. Please try this troubleshooting:
1) Go to the Printer Manufacturer Website
2) Find and Download the drivers for your specific printer
3) Install the Drivers and follow all directions in Installation Program
4) Test and see if the printer can print
5) If it does not work, you may have to call the Printer's customer service line for further assistance
