On March 17/2020 paid for the monthly charge: $30.45, transaction #275226, at a drugstore. Bank is closed and had to resort to the latter. CLARO account was Direct Debit, which is what a wanted, but was not properly orientated at the ATT store al Plaza del Norte, Arecibo, PR. I have been exploring options to clear all this, but my bank is closed. I live in the countryside and my phone i vital for me. There has been a lock out since last week and I have no options.
