My Android phone and...

My Android phone and my home computer used to be in sync with each other. I had home computer problems yesterday, and now I can't log into my Facebook on my home computer because I don't remember the password. Facebook can NOT send me reset instructions because my email *****@***.com no longer exists--and I found my password ***** this account is *nebraska---but this isn't my account I use---I have always used my account where I am wearing purple. NOW also understand, my Facebook account on my Android phone works just fine, I don't want that to go away!! My image, hand to my face, in purple---THAT IS ME. BUT, my email on that account (I don't want to change) is *****@***.com hotmail automatically switched me to *****@***.com a long time ago. So Facebook can not send me reset instructions to *****@***.com because that email no longer exists. Bottomline, you need to give me password ***** instructions to my email *****@***.com. What do you need from me to prove who I am?

Technician's Assistant: Have you tried using Facebook's "Find Your Account" feature to recover your account?

Yes, it takes me to***@******.***. And I don't use that account, don't fully understand where that came from

Nope, Hotmail went away years ago

I don't know what you mean. I've been at this all yesterday---I told you in my first post what problems I'm having. Facebook needs to realize the two email addresses you have for me are no longer. No longer is***@******.***, No longer is***@******.***. The only way I can reset my password ***** ***** Facebook to contact me through email---and I can't get Facebook to understand you can't contact me at these email addresses---I need to give you my new email address I want to use ***@******.***

You can't recover your facebook account if you can't access your recovery email it is extremely important that you keep your recovery options up to date since that is your only way back in if you don't have the password. I am sorry to have to tell you this but unless you can remember or get access to the correct password ***** is no way back in. gmail states the following "When you register for an account, it's up to you to provide the most up-to-date and valid recovery info. Your best option to avoid losing access is to update your recovery info if you get a new phone number or change your alternate email address. "
