My credit card accounts> I need to make payments as I am close to be pass due if I am already there. I keep getting a message that says we noted something different with this log in. I have called 5 times since 11-30 including today and no seem willing to help. I am sure this will be no different. All your service representative have done is brush me off or lie to me just like they did today. I am having to use a landline because my cell phone is broke and it Is in for repairs. One of your representative told me that they had update phone to a current line, I heard that one before and that they call me back shortly so they could unlock my online account. I wanted 2 1/2 hours for someone to call and they never did, then I had to leave. Consequently I was late to my doctors appointment. Likely I have a very good doctor and they were able to work me in. otherwise I would have had to wait to either January or February for an appointment. I have already waited for 6 weeks for this appoint. I am beyond, being upset, angry, discussed, and down right furiously because nobody want to help me. I have not had a late payment for the last 22 years but I am sure I will now. I can't account my account with means and I can't access my statement, because I receive them online. In order to make a mail payment. I am tired of being brushed off and outright lied to. I shouldn't have to contact you 6 times to get it fixed. Cause of your shabby treat next,, if I ever get this fixed I will be paying off each one of my account and will NEVER USE YOUR CREDIT CARDS AGAIN.
