Thank you, my question is this... My son's iphone screen
My son's iphone screen shattered when it fell onto the road. You can engage with the phone at all. I carry insurance on it so we filed a claim with my cell provider and got a replacement phone for him. BUT when it came time to retrieve the data from iCloud he couldn't remember his actual username and password-he's 11. I had it written down when we created it a couple of years ago but I have moved offices since then and could not locate that paper I had it written on. So basically we did set up a new iCloud account on his iPhone but still can't retrieve his contacts and pictures, etc.... I still have the broken phone and need to mail it to the insurance carrier soon. Can you help me with this??… read more
