I bought PDF element...

I bought PDF element and everything works fine when I log onto the computer. When my husband logs on it interferes with his Google Chrome and he is unable to use PDF element.

Product is PDF element. device is an HP laptop. OS is windows 10.

The last thing I installed was PDF element. everything worked fine until I did that.

when my husband logs onto the computer and opens Google Chrome all he can see is about a 1/2 inch strip of it on the left side of the screen. Trying to drag or enlarge the Google screen does not work. Troubleshooter says another program is interfering with Chrome.

no, I do not want to pay more money. I spent almost $100 for the program causing the problem, I'm being charged $5 to try and find a solution, and I am not spending more money for the help I need!
