can we try restarting into Safe Mode? you'll have to restart your machine and press F8 right befre windows starts loading

Entering safe mode alone does not solve it. We'll have to see from there if the administrator account can work. So does the F8 before starting windows take you to the Safe mode? You have to keep pressing F8 repeatedly before windows start (just after your computer starts)

ok you are a waste of time an expert is supposed to tell me something I don't know. This service is not even worth .50 cents. I'm canceling now. Thanks for nothing.

There are ways to reset your password, but you either have to have the Windows DVD or get externl tools and burn them on DVD. Before that I'm trying to check the easier method. In all cases, it's your choice to continue, I'm trying my best to help.
