Internet connection is OK. Checking my email from my mail app on my iphone

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

Sorry, but I had to call Apple to help with the problem. I would like a reimbursement please.

I have had the problem fixed by Apple on the telephone. It was very complicated so I needed to talk to someone directly.

I cannot seem to reply to your email messages as they don't get sent - they just keep flashing on my screen. I received an email from Erwin from Refunds, but was unable to reply. I stated that I only agreed to pay $5.00. There was no mention of an additional $48. But as my problem was solved by Apple directly on the phone, I would greatly appreciate a refund from you.
