Shut down the windows 10 computer, start it.. When it gets to the windows sign in screen, dont sign in.

Instead, left click the power button at the bottom right.

Then, hold down the shift key on your keyboard, and then click restart.

This should bring you to the blue screen menu.. Choose troubleshooting, advanced, and then choose system restore.

Once system restore loads, choose a restore point that was one day before this problem started and then carry out the system restore.

That should fix the issue, but if you get stuck or this doesnt work then please send a detailed reply and I will assist you further as needed.

Ok, how about this.

Please press the windows key on your keyboard, hold it down, and press R

( the windows key is two keys to the left of your space bar )

Onscreen should be a box that says Open / Run . In that box type in,

devmgmt.msc and then hit enter...

And if you expand the network adapter section, what do you see listed there word for word?

You are missing your wifi driver, so we either need to use a second computer and a USB memory stick and download the wifi driver and t hen install it on this computer.

Or, you need to buy a cheap wireless adapter, such as this one https://www.amazon.com/HoneyBull-Wireless-Adapter-External-Supports/dp/B078TM4Z9Y/ref=sr_1_221?s=pc&ie=UTF8&qid=1520981470&sr=1-221&keywords=wifi+adapter

If you dont have a second computer and a USB memory stick, then we will need to buy the wifi adapter.. That will get you back on the internet at which point we might be able to repair the internal wifi adapter.

Did you then open it, and then run it and install it? Did it say it installed successfully?

Ok, you are going to need to order a cheap wifi adapter , and then once you are on the internet you can download all the windows updates, and then maybe get the internal wifi adapter working. But at least you will have internet.

You can buy a USB wifi adapter at walmart, best buy, or online at places like amazon, for instance.
