thank you. No I do not need help now, as I stated earlier that my agreement with my agent meant I had to address issues through him. Your company then kindly stated that it would not charge. However, the $75 fee has occurred and not yet reimbursed by Your Answer. I apologise for my request. please accept my apology. John
