After reloading and updating Windows 10, how do I "reinstall" My Passport Portable Hard Drive

HP Envy 750xt Desktop running Windows 10

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Envy?

I think that I have reinstalled WD Drive Utilities for Windows (don't know where it resides) {you can see I am not a computer expert!}. The Passport is connected to a USB port.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?

Nothing. ( I have used the Passport before my computer failure.) Thanks.
