I'm trying to print my wife's Delta itinerary from my computer to my HP OfficeJet 3833. Says "Important Action Needed". I've printed many, many times...never had this issue. Please HELP!

Technician's Assistant: How are you connecting to your OfficeJet: wirelessly or by USB?

USB, I think. I'm very untechy.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update the printer driver software?

Not sure. But less than a year old and printed last time I used it.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Printer Expert to know before I connect you?

There may be a problem with the HP Support Assistant.

You will need to uninstall it and reinstall it again by following these steps:

Step 1. Open Programs and Features by clicking the Start button

Step 2. Click Control Panel

Step 3. Click Programs

Step 4. Click Programs and Features
Step 5. Select HP Support Assistant

Step 6. Click Uninstall

Step 7. Restart your computer

Step 8. Download and install the newest version of HP Support Assistant from http://www8.hp.com/ca/en/campaigns/hpsupportassistant/hpsupport.html
