My phone is a J3, but it is my samsung tablet that I am locked out of.

Do you have any backup of your Phone in SD card or Computer? The reason why I am asking is we can go ahead and try doing reset on the Phone which will erase all the data and the password. If you have a backup, we can restore the data and contact back to your Phone.

I am not understanding the purpose of going thru my phone since it is the tablet I am locked out of. I will use another computer to access my files and/or take care of any messages in my email on my tablet and to back them up, etc. After I have backed up any needed info, I will get back to Tech Support for assistance in unlocking my tablet. Thank you.
