I don't have internet connections
JA: What's the brand and model of your computer? And the Operating System (OS)?
Customer: Windows 7
JA: How long has this been going on with your computer? What have you tried so far?
Customer: It was okay yesterday, but this morning I can't get into my email or anything

Customer: I checked my modem (which is in the garage) and all the lights are on as before. I'm not so computer literate (80 years old)
