I have to unplug then plug my computer before it starts. On the screen it states: Your system seems to be having trouble starting. Dell Support Assist is scanning your hardware for a possible cause. Testing Memory in Progress.

Technician's Assistant: What device or product does this involve?

Hardware scan complete with no issues. If there's no issues, why doesn't the computer start without my unplugging it in the first place?

I'm sorry I'm naive when it comes to computers. It's wireless wi-fi running through Telus.net

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Inspiron? Have you installed any updates recently?

Partially started an installation but the computer problem started before. Went to a DIY website but didn't know which one to choose to clear the problem.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Computer Expert to know before I connect you?
