Just received my Zenmuse...

Just received my Zenmuse X5 pro back from manufacturer and assembling to my Crystalsky, I had to download Version V02.05.00.0 Storage space and battery are clean and empty. Check and rebooted internet modem and download didn't work - third try.

Technician's Assistant: Are you able to connect using an ethernet cable?

Technician's Assistant: Which lights are colored and/or blinking on your router?

All that are applicable to my services - 3 computers/phone/

Just received my Zenmuse X5 pro back from manufacturer and assembling to my Crystalsky, I had to download Version V02.05.00.0 Storage space and battery are clean and empty. Check and rebooted internet modem and download didn't work - third try. It works but cannot download Firmware.
Technotes: - Zenmuse X5 058DED08000994 works fine with no faults found. - Date of activation: 2017-12-08 (within warranty) - for customer satisfaction and peace of mind a replacement Zenmuse X5 will be sent.

Ok, is the device connected to wifi, or are you using a data connection?

Have you only tried via modem/wifi, or have you tried via data connection from the cellular network as well?

For example, you can connect your mobile phone to the internet over cellular data, and turn it into a 'hotspot', then try connecting the Zenmuse to it.

Yes, try setting up the mobile device as a hotspot and try connecting the Zenmuse to it.
