I bought Office 365 And scratched the card to reveal the password ***** I was told I have an existing account. I forgot my password. I've been sent several code #s to my e-mail but I keep getting looped back to "enter your password". What should I do?

I understand that this is difficult for a non technical person but should you wish to continue feel free to drop me a message here. Your issue seems easy, but the process involved in fixing it is a bit difficult. The link i sent has to be clicked on and you will be asked to launch the file or download and run the file which needs to be downloaded ran, as with any other program you download from the internet.
