No updates lately machine comes on blank screen and beaping

While doing the os to ssd cloning had bad sector that would not allow the process to complete so I did a sector by sector copy

Dell computers issue a "beep code" to indicate problems when boot up fails during the Power-On Self-Test (POST). There should me a pattern to these beeps, for instance: short-short-long-long. What pattern do you hear?

8 short beeps indicates a problem with display memory. Since the video on this device is built-in, it may be that you need to re-seat the RAM. Please try removing all sticks of RAM, using your mouth or a can of compressed air to "blow out" the sockets, and then reinstall the RAM. Please let me know whether that makes any difference.
