I’m checking my iphone. No mail is coming thru. Went to Apple and it’s not the phone.

Technician's Assistant: Are there any antivirus or firewall settings that could block you from receiving mail?

OK, well the reason I ask is because that could tell us if it is an issue with your Gmail account or the config on the iPhone.

It always best to test by logging into the account from a PC. However, have you deleted the Gmail account from the iPhone and reconfigured it?

  1. Tap the Settings App on the iPhone.
  2. Scroll down to Accounts & Passwords.
  3. Tap on your Google/Gmail account.
  4. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  5. Go back one Menu.
  6. You should still be at Accounts and & Passwords.
  7. Tap on Add Account.
  8. Select Google.
  9. Enter your email and password ***** config the account.
  10. See if now you get emails.

OK, there has to be something in your account causing you not to receive the email in the inbox on your iPhone.

This does not appear to be an iPhone issue that is why they were unable to assist you. Do you have a PC I can remote into and assist you in going through your account to see what the issue is?
