Nothing....for some unknown reason...

Nothing....for some unknown reason, I can no longer add Skype credit to my account using my iPhone...I've been able to do it for well over a year, and I don't see the option anymore...HELP!

I've never had to try and do anything...when my credits were low and I've tried to make a call, it would automatically take me to the Add Credit screen, and I could add $10 or so directly through the App Store on the iPhone has that functionality been removed???

My last update to the Skyp app for iPhone 6S was to Version 8.18, and it was 69.6MB if this helps you

Seriously? no response whatever? This isn't very encouraging, ladies and gentlemen. If I pay for a service, I expect to have that service fulfilled. And telling me that someone is "working" on this isn't cutting it for me.

right...I've been waiting nearly an hour for this bogus system to respond to me...CANCEL MY TRIAL SUBSCRIPTION NOW, AND BE DARN SURE THAT NO FURTHER CHARGES ACCRUE TO THIS CARD. UNDERSTOOD? PLEASE SEND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT TO MY EMAIL AT***@******.***, I wish I could tell you what a pleasure this experience has been, but I can't. It feels like nothing but a scam and I'm very sorry about that.

Seriously?? Pathetic. Absolutely pathetic. I've already resolved the issue myself and have gotten written confirmation that my account has been cancelled. If you're offering a paid service, you people damn well better get your ducks in a row otherwise you'll end up on Consumer Reports biggest scam list. Have a good day
