I'm trying to reopen my Skype account so we can see and talk. I had to change my iMac computer because someone had taken it from me so it had to be cleared. What should I doz/

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Skype?

3 or 4 weeks ago. It took a long time.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Skype?

Some people came over from service electric but they didn't help. I can't use att, Verizon, or Comcast because of where I live. Since then I just keep trying. I had a good woman from Amazon today. I just like to talk to a man who has ear problems and can't stay on the phone. He is 92 and was in 2 wars.

Technician's Assistant: Anything else you want the Software Expert to know before I connect you?

I just keep trying to fix it and hope someone can help me.
