I would like Microsoft Edge help for my computer. I had the product and now I don't. I am currently on Google Chrome.

Technician's Assistant: When did you last update Edge?

My machine was always thinking so I did something and when I click on the blue e, I get a blank screen.

Technician's Assistant: What have you tried so far with your Edge?

I've had edge ever since I had my computer. I click on the e at the bottom of the screen and get a white screen. I have lost the connection somehow.

I am not sure it is a very straight forward process, you click the link then it asks you if you want to launch it and you choose the appropriate options on the screen to run/open it.

It will download a program called TeamViewer, that you need to run and then send me the 9 digit id and a password ***** on it here.

I see that you are having some sort of problem running the remote on your computer.

Let's try this another way.

Go to the following page: http://ultraviewer.net/en/download.html
- On the page that comes up, click the orange Download button for the "INSTALL (EXE) option, download, and open that file.
- A file will be downloaded. Save that file and open it.
- After you run UltraViewer, it will give you an ID and Password. I need for you to give me the ID and Password ***** it shows you.
Please, give me both of the ID and password.
Keep in mind that you must keep the program running for me to connect. For this reason, please do not close it.

The link is in the address bar. The screen is blank. Nothing to click on.

To fix the issue with your Microsoft Edge, there are a lot of solutions to resolve the issue. You can do it by just following the procedures below.

Solution 1:
-Hit Windows key + R
-Type C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Packages
-Open the folder Microsoft.MicrosoftEdge_8wekyb3d8bbwe
-Delete all of the contents

Solution 2:
-Click Start or Cortana
-Type cmd. It should show you Command Prompt as suggested
-Right-click on Command Prompt, and choose Run as Administrator
-Once the Command Prompt is open, type sfc /scannow
-Then hit Enter

Scanning should take a while. But it should fix everything like Microsoft default programs, Windows updates and Windows file system.
