No, I have not. An aside for a moment. I get upset when I take a device out of the box and it is not ready to go plug and play and pissed off when I have to pay more money to do so. I m not liking HP very much at the moment!

The fastest and easiest way to fix these kinds of problems is a remote connection, which includes phone support. I can connect directly to your computer and call you and fix the problem while you watch and communicate with me. Would you like remote services?

I can always return the HP printer to the store and buy another brand and never go near a HP device again!

There is available software for the Windows 10 operAting system. Should I install it?

You shouldn't need to install anything, as your printer is already installed and working.
